Terms of service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

In short

1. About us

Zupmu (zupmu.com) is provided by:

Email: [email protected]

These terms apply to your use of the Zupmu website and app ("Zupmu") and to Zupmu Pro licenses. By using Zupmu you agree to them. If you buy Pro, you also confirm that you have read them.

2. The service

Zupmu is a browser-based tool for designing screenshots and graphics for app stores. It runs on your device. Zupmu Free includes the full editor, up to 3 screens per export, one size per export, your main language, and a small "Made with Zupmu" badge on exported images. Zupmu Pro unlocks unlimited screens, all store sizes, all languages, the Google Play feature graphic, project files, and exports without the badge. The current feature list is shown in the app.

3. Buying Pro

Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract for payment is with Lemon Squeezy, and its buyer terms also apply. Lemon Squeezy shows the final price, including any VAT or sales tax for your country, before you pay. It also issues your invoice. After payment you receive a license key by email and on the receipt page.

4. Your Pro license

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the screenshots, texts and images you put into Zupmu and to everything you export. We get no rights to them and never see them. You may use your exported images for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you use, including your app's screenshots, logos and other people's trademarks. You are also responsible for following the rules of the stores you publish in.

6. Fair use

Please do not:

If a license is clearly misused, for example a key that has been published or a fraudulent chargeback, we may deactivate it. Before doing so, we will contact the buyer at the email address of the order.

7. Trademarks and device images

Zupmu draws its own simplified device frames. Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft Store is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Zupmu is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies. Store sizes and guidelines may change, so check the current requirements of each store before you publish.

8. Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can get your money back within 14 days of purchase, with no questions asked. Details, including your statutory right of withdrawal, are in our refund policy.

9. Warranty

We work hard to make Zupmu reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that app stores will accept every image. If you are a consumer, you have the legal rights that apply to digital content in the EU (Directive (EU) 2019/770, implemented in Estonia in the Law of Obligations Act). If Pro does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can get a price reduction or a refund. These terms do not limit those rights.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and wherever the law does not allow a limitation. Otherwise, our liability is limited as follows:

Since your projects are stored only on your device, please export them or save project files regularly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will publish the new version here with a new date. Changes never raise the price you have already paid or take away Pro features you have bought.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. For business customers, the courts of Estonia (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please email us first so we can solve it together. Consumers in Estonia can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
